Fitness training can be fun, and results are even better. In a private health & fitness training facility, RC Personal Training, your personal fitness trainer will provide an exercise environment that is non-intimidating and goal oriented.

Your Personal Fitness Trainer will provide nutrition advise and exercise techniques using up-to-date equipment including stability balls, resistance bands, free weights and balance apparatus. Providing services in the Lower Mainland of Vancouver, including Richmond, Surrey, Ladner and Delta.

As a Personal Fitness Trainer, my mission is to enhance the quality of life for my clients, by bringing Fitness Training into their lives to keep them healthy and strong.

Through intelligent and caring Health & Fitness Training, I will provide you with the motivation, guidance, and education to effectively reach your health and fitness goals.
