Fitness Assessment

A Personal Fitness Training Program is developed based on the findings of this assessment & your current goals. To get your fitness program started with RC Personal Training, we will complete a Fitness Assessment to pinpoint muscular imbalances and joint injury and provide the foundation for an effective health & fitness training program based on your needs and goals.

This 90 minute, pre-exercise health & fitness assessment provides the foundation for an effective Fitness Training program. This extensive assessment involves a complete body and health analysis, including:

  • Health and activity questionnaire
  • Discuss health, lifestyle & fitness training goals
  • Cardio warm up
  • Blood pressure monitoring
  • Individual movement assessment
  • Health and Posture Limitations 
  • Joint injury and muscular imbalance analysis
  • Balance & flexibility analysis
  • Weight & measurements
  • Formulating a Fitness Training Program
