Fitness Assessment
Your personal fitness program is developed based on the findings of this assessment and your current goals. To get your fitness program started with RC Personal Training, we will complete this fitness assessment to pinpoint muscular imbalances and joint injury and provide the foundation for an effective health and fitness program based on your needs and goals.
This 90 minute, pre-exercise, health and fitness assessment provides the foundation for an effective personal training program. This extensive assessment involves a complete body and health analysis, including:
- Health and activity questionnaire
- Discuss health, lifestyle and fitness training goals
- Cardio warm-up
- Blood pressure monitoring
- Individual movement assessment
- Health and posture limitations
- Joint injury and muscular imbalance analysis
- Balance and flexibility analysis
- Weight and measurements
- Formulating your training program
