To get to your healthiest weight, you need to be eating the right foods in the right quantities and exercising appropriately. Your Personal Fitness Trainer will ensure your Health & Fitness Training program will result in reaching your goals.

A safe amount of weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. This can be achieved by cutting approximately 250 calories from your diet and increasing your physical activity to burn 250 extra calories per day. Your Health & Fitness Training program will help you build strength and endurance, and you will gradually increase the time you spend exercising to burn up more calories per day.

For optimum weight loss, make sure you are eating enough to begin with. If you are not eating often Weight Lossenough, weight loss will be much more difficult and extremely unsafe.

Your Personal Fitness Trainer will work with you to modify your eating habits. If Nutrition and Fat Loss are included in your goals, we will monitor your eating habits with weekly food journaling and modifications at no extra cost.

As you begin to lose weight and get toned on your Fitness Training Program, you will gain lean muscle tissue. Lean tissue makes you look and feel healthier, it makes your clothes fit better and it makes your body a fat-burning machine.
