Your Personal Fitness Trainer will provide nutrition advice and advise you on exercise techniques using a range of top of the line equipment. We offer services to clients in the Lower Mainland including Richmond, Surrey, Ladner and Delta.

As a Personal Fitness Trainer, my mission is to enhance the quality of life for my clients by bringing fitness training into their lives to help them achieve and maintain their fitness goals as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Through personalized Fitness Training sessions based on my education and experience, I will guide and motivate you towards attaining your personal fitness ambitions.
I am an enthusiastic trainer who aims to spark an enjoyment of exercise in my clients through personal training sessions. As a Personal Trainer, I love to help my clients achieve their individual goals. I find my work rewarding when I see clients reaching higher levels of fitness and viewing training sessions as a source of fun in their lives.
Regina Challoner is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer registered with the British Columbia Recreation & Parks Association (BCRPA). Her specialized education includes:

Our private health & fitness training facility provides an exercise environment that is safe and goal oriented. Specializing in one-on-one training, our Fitness Training studio is equipped with a wide range of Cardio Equipment including Treadmills, Bikes and Elliptical Trainers as well as Free Weights, Cables, Machines, Stability Balls, Resistance Bands and a wide variety of balance apparatus.
No gym membership or drop-in fees are necessary when Fitness Training with RC Personal Training.
